SHIPPING
- Your order is delivered in a secure and resistant double box designed specifically for mail orders.
- We rely solely on private partner companies to deliver your customized neon sign. Depending on the country, DHL, FedEx, or UPS will be used. We choose the most efficient shipping company to ensure that your product arrives quickly and safely.
- We can provide a Tracking Number upon request so that you can track your neon and schedule delivery.
- All of our shipments include an online tracking number, which you will receive once your order is shipped. You can also send us an email to get your Tracking Number.
- Orders will be shipped only to the shipping address specified in your account. Please double-check your address.
- A phone number is required so that the shipping company can contact you and schedule the delivery once your package is on its way. Your neon light is on its way!

TRACKING
- Online tracking number will be provided to all international customers to track the delivery status after parcels are being posted, make sure your email address is correct in order to receive your tracking number.
RETURNS
Only faulty products are eligible for returns and refunds. We will make every effort to resolve the problem, and the product may be repaired, replaced, refunded, or partially refunded. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of Sculpt Neon.
For fully custom/bespoke pieces we can't accept cancellation or returns after payment due to change of mind unfortunately, as all pieces are one off made to order. All sales are final once placed on site. If your piece is faulty or has any error, of course we can accept a return or replacement for you.
- All custom neon signs are SOLD AS IS. Custom neon signs are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted items made specifically for the buyer's needs and desires. There isn't any molding. We twisted the neon tube by hand. As a result, your custom neon sign may not be exactly like the mock-up we sent. This is the beauty of a handmade item. In this regard, it is unique. After the mock-up is approved and the order is paid, no returns or exchanges are permitted. This is why we give you all of the time, energy, and expertise you need to create your one-of-a-kind custom neon sign.
- Light colors are not legally binding. We will be able to send images of the selected colors.
REPLACEMENT
- If your neon lamp arrived broken, this is taken care of by us. Please send us pictures of the four sides of the package, as well as pictures of the broken parts, within 20 days. We will file a claim with the carrier. In the meantime, we will remake and deliver your neon.
